Unique Team Building Activities

Last weekend we held a monthly team building event. The forms this time are diverse and rich. Sports, food and pastoral delights. Everyone enjoys it and lingers.

After lunch break, we set off to the rented sports venue and started the first stop of the event. There are badminton, basketball, and table tennis venues. We freely team up for badminton, basketball and other sports. Busy at work, many people are less active. Although everyone is not professional, they can enjoy this rare opportunity to exercise together.

After the two-hour workout, we headed to the next stop-barbecue. The place we chose was different from the average barbecue place. The location is in the orchard. Essential is fruit picking. This is an activity that people like to participate in in recent years. This orchard is rich in varieties, with a large slice of emperor citrus, small tomatoes, star fruit, passion fruit, strawberry and so on. Unquestionably, everyone is enjoying it. They are all excited to see the harvest.

Our plan is to barbecue in the evening. Surprisingly, barbecue is just the beginning, just the "appetizer". Later, we ordered a chicken to make pheasant, which is a major feature here. A large pot, similar to hot pot. Then there were stir-fried dishes and chicken wings with cola, which were all unplanned. Quite creative, isn't it? Everyone is doing their duties when preparing dinner. Had dinner in this orchard in laughter.

This event is rich and varied, with dynamic basketball, badminton, and leisure fruit-picking trips, creative cuisine, and the desirable rural life.

This is the first collective event of the new year. The team building activity can enhance the relationship between people, and the activity can help everyone to cooperate better.
