We not only need to understand the customer’s products, but also satisfy the customer’s functionality for the display products, meet the aesthetic requirements, meet the brand’s requirement and match its brand value. These require us to keep making progress and make high quality products.

While working, we also constantly improve ourselves, learning industry knowledge and growth insights. Three days a week in our morning meeting is a reading day. Every time we read a small section, everyone has to share it at the meeting and tell their feelings. A book we are studying recently: Inamori Kazuo’s Living Law. At the beginning, everyone couldn’t fully understand what he said. With each minute of reading in these few weeks, everyone gradually deepened their understanding and understanding of the contents of this book. As the author said, the mindset determines fate. No matter which industry we are in, we need a positive and optimistic attitude to face and overcome the problems and difficulties encountered in our work.
