It's the annual group strategy meeting again! This year's strategic conference lineup is stronger than last year. There are more than 60 people. A new branch was set up this year, which increased the membership of the conference. The meeting lasted three days.

The preparation time for this meeting is about one and a half months. We had some management and mentality studies before the meeting. Through introspection, summarize those who did well and did not. In terms of not doing well enough, we need to improve and list the improvements. Finally, before the meeting, the work of this year was summarized and plans for the work of next year were made.

Headquarters and various branch bosses and representatives participated in this strategy meeting. The location of the meeting is in the field and a business trip is required.

There was no meeting on the first day of the itinerary，just a visit to the market. We design and manufacture the shop display stands and fixtures.
